Exploring Mobility is a two-day, hands-on workshop led by Vernon Griffith focused on understanding mobility not just as stretching, but as a fundamental component of movement, strength training and athletic performance.
This workshop is designed as a deep practical exploration of how mobility works in the human body and how coaches and practitioners can apply these principles directly in their work with clients and athletes.
Across the two days we will explore key regions of the body — hips, spine and shoulders — first locally, and then expand outward to understand how these structures work together in global movement patterns.
Participants will learn how to better assess movement, improve mobility and integrate these concepts into movement preparation, strength training and performance development.
Expect a highly practical learning environment where coaches will move, practice, observe and immediately apply the concepts being taught.
Vernon Griffith is widely regarded as one of the leading voices in modern mobility, strength and movement training.
Based in the United States, he works with elite athletes, performance coaches and high-performance training environments, helping them develop better movement systems that improve both performance and long-term durability.
Vernon is known for his ability to translate complex movement concepts into clear, practical systems that coaches can immediately apply with their athletes.
This is a rare opportunity to learn directly from one of the top movement coaches in the field.
